Form 4A - The Concept Approval Application Form 4A is to be used when your project plan is just a concept, and you want confirmation that the idea you have in mind can be legally built. Occupant Protection

All queries in regards to the NZHRA Occupant Protection LVV Authority Card must be directed to the New Zealand Drag Racing Association office 0800 469 372.

Initial Application Fee $45.00 (incl GST) and Renewals are $35.00 (incl GST)

All Fender Exemptions expire on the 31st August annually. If you are a current holder of a Fender Exemption and have not received your renewal form in time for the renewal date, please contact us.
